✩ Who it’s best for: “This look is ideal for clients who have “sparkles of wisdom” showing through; and mature clients who want to embrace and work with their gray.”
✩ To keep the maintenance down: “Use a cooler fine weave that will blend in with the existing white hair. While the maintenance will still require periodic toners to keep warmth away; this technique means your client won’t have to be in your chair quite so often to touch up their base.”
✩ Create an optical illusion: “To imitate natural white hair, I like to keep the weaves baby fine, and I usually go a bit denser around the hairline, where you’ll find the largest number of white strands.”
✩ The secret sauce: “I lift the hair to a level 9.5 – 10, and then toned with 10PV for about 20 – 25 minutes and it gave me the most beautiful and natural cool tone.”
