A SWEET GROW-OUT STRATEGY
Larisa’s client started with a natural warm base, and was looking for some drama and “pop” without the need for frequent salon touch-ups. The solution – an easy blonde with butterscotch vibes — was not just gorgeous, but clever in its simplicity. “This is low-maintenance to start with, because we left her natural base for an easy grow-out,” explains Larisa. “But I added warm-beige tones, which make it even more seamless; all the tones will fade back to warm…which she already has.”

Pre Treatment: Defy Damage ProSeries 1: Bond-Protecting Color Optimizer Spray
Formula 1 (Lightener): Blonde Life Lightening Powder starting with 10 Volume LumiShine Developer and finishing off with 30 Volume LumiShine Developer.
Formula 2 (Toner): Blonde Life Quick Tone Liqui-Créme Toner Sand (1½ parts) + Violet (½ part) + Clear (2 parts) with 5 Volume LumiShine Developer

HOME-CARE RECOMMENDATION
Toggle back and forth between two different types of shampoo/conditioner, advises Larisa:
Blonde Life Brightening Shampoo and Conditioner will keep the blonde bright and shiny.
Blonde Life Violet Shampoo and Conditioner will keep color from going too warm.
For mega shine and moisture, apply Blonde Life Brightening Oil when styling.
