Here's How Its Done
Prep: Joico Defy Damage ProSeries1 Bond-Protecting Color Optimizer Spray
Step 1: Take fine slice weaves and apply Joico Blonde Life Lightening Powder with 20 Volume LumiShine Developer, starting at the root and feathering down. Repeat throughout the entire head.
Step 2: Process hair.
Step 3: Tone hair with LumiShine Demi Liquid in 10SB and 10V with 5 volume LumiShine Developer, leaving out the front money piece.
Step 4: Process and rinse.
